T4 Tube Laser Cutter
The T4 Tube Cutter is designed differently from standard “one-size-fits-all” tube lasers. Every workshop cuts different materials, section sizes, wall thicknesses and production volumes, which is why every T4 is configured around your real manufacturing requirements.
Before specifying a machine, we analyse:
- Tube and structural section types
- Material weights and wall thicknesses
- Daily production targets
- Loading and finished product lengths
- Workshop space limitations
- Future expansion plans
- Automation and bevel cutting requirements
This allows us to correctly match:
- Chuck sizes and capacities
- Servo motors and reducers
- Tube support systems
- Laser power
- Loading/unloading automation
- Bevel and static cutting systems
Unlike many low-cost standard machines, the T4 platform is engineered with spare capacity in mind to reduce wear, improve reliability, and support future growth.
Built for Real Production
The T4 can be configured with:
- 6m, 7.5m, 9m or bespoke loading systems
- 2, 3 or 4 chuck configurations
- Automated loading and unloading
- Zero tailing systems
- Bevel cutting technology
- Static cutting axis for higher speed processing
- Heavy-duty structural steel capability
- Bespoke handling and support systems
Every configuration is built to match your workflow, material type and production demands, whether you process lightweight tube or heavy structural sections.
Full Software Included
Every T4 includes operating software and tube cutting software without forced subscriptions or hidden membership costs.
Optional advanced Tube-T software packages are available for more complex production environments.
Heavy-Duty Chucks from 180mm to 350mm
The FLT4 is built with a large-capacity chuck system capable of holding round, square, rectangular, channel, angle, and I-beam/H steel profiles. With a working range of 20–355mm, it is designed for workshops cutting larger tubes and structural steel sections.

Laser Power Matched to Your Future
Choosing correct laser power is not only about current cutting thickness. Production speed, bevel requirements and future growth all matter.
For example, a machine cutting 15mm wall sections today may later require weld preparation or higher production output, making a higher power source the smarter long-term investment.
At FABERTEC, we specify machines not only for today’s workload — but for where your business will be in the coming years.
Bespoke Engineering Support
No two fabrication workshops operate the same way. That is why our in-house engineering team works directly with clients to configure the most efficient and commercially viable solution for their production environment.
The result is a tube laser cutter built around your production — not around a generic catalogue specification.
